Booking a furniture collection
Before buying a large item, check its dimensions against the doorways, stairs and final room. Ask the seller whether it is dismantled and whether someone can provide access at the agreed time. Share both postcodes and any collection deadline when requesting your quote.
For a sofa or wardrobe, useful photos include the whole item, narrow entrances and any stairs. Tell us if the item is particularly heavy, fragile or cannot be taken apart. We will discuss the practical arrangements before confirming the job.
How to prepare a small move
- List everything travelling in the van, including bags and loose items.
- Pack smaller belongings securely and label boxes.
- Arrange access and parking at both addresses.
- Keep your phone available for collection and delivery updates.

Can you collect just one item?
Yes, single-item collections can be discussed. Send the dimensions, photos and both postcodes for a suitable quote.
Can I book for the weekend or at short notice?
We operate seven days a week. Contact us to check an available vehicle and team for your date; short-notice availability varies.
What if I have more than a small van load?
Tell us the full inventory. A larger vehicle or our house removals service may be more suitable.
