Choose the right level of help
We can discuss a driver or a team of up to three people for lifting, loading and unloading. Smaller moves may suit a high-roof van; larger loads may need a Luton van with a tail lift. Vehicle and team availability are confirmed when you book.
Our vehicles carry blankets, straps and moving equipment to help protect your belongings in transit. If you need packing, unpacking, or furniture dismantling and reassembly, mention it when requesting your quote so the work can be agreed in advance.
What we need for an accurate quote
- Collection and delivery postcodes, your preferred date and any timing restrictions.
- An item list or clear photos of each room, including bulky furniture and appliances.
- Floor levels, stairs, lift access and the distance from the van to each doorway.
- Parking arrangements, narrow entrances and anything that may need dismantling.
For flats, please check whether your building requires a lift booking or a particular loading time. Tell us about unusually heavy or fragile items before booking so we can discuss suitable handling.
Getting ready for moving day
Label boxes by room, secure loose contents and keep keys, medication and essential documents with you. Agree what will be packed before we arrive, make a clear route through the property and let us know if access or your moving date changes.

Can you help with a small flat move?
Yes. Send your item list and access details. For a smaller load, our man and van service may be suitable.
Do you offer long-distance removals?
We arrange local and nationwide moves from our Midlands service areas. Include both postcodes so we can plan the journey and quote for the complete move.
Can I book at short notice?
Ask us about availability. We operate seven days a week, with advance and short-notice bookings subject to an available vehicle and team.
