Build a clear list of your belongings

Confirm how much lifting help you need. Tell us about stairs, lift access and the distance between the vehicle and your room before booking.
Check your accommodation arrangements

- Ask where a van can load and whether a parking space or unloading slot must be booked.
- Check lift availability and any restrictions on moving through the building.
